01 Our target
We aim for smartposhub.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
02 What we have done
- Text and button colours checked for contrast in light and dark themes and every colour palette.
- All menus, the search palette, forms and dialogs work by keyboard, with visible focus, and every overlay has a visible close button.
- A skip link, one heading structure per page, and labelled form fields with error messages next to the field.
- Reduced motion respected, plus an accessibility panel for text size, high contrast, reduced motion and link highlighting.
- Right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu pages.
03 Known limits
- The 3D terminal on the home page is decorative; its content is also available as text and buttons.
- Some third-party embeds (spam check, future booking calendar) are controlled by their providers.
04 Report a problem
If something on this site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and fix confirmed issues promptly.
