Restaurant Edition questions

  1. 01Can servers take orders on a tablet at the table?

Yes. The POS runs in the browser, so any tablet on your Wi-Fi can open a table, add items with modifiers and send them to the kitchen. Servers log in with their own PIN, so every order and tip is tied to the right person.

  2. 02Does it send orders to the kitchen by station?

Yes. Kitchen orders go to the kitchen screen or a ticket printer, and you can route items so drinks go to the bar and food goes to the line. Each ticket shows the table, the server and how long it has been waiting.

  3. 03How do tips work?

Tips are added at payment, either as an amount or a percentage, and reported per server and per shift. Card tips go through your own card processor; the POS records them against the sale.

  4. 04Can guests split the check?

Yes. Split by item, by seat or evenly, and take cash, card and a custom payment type such as a gift card on the same check.

  5. 05Do you have a QR menu for guests?

Yes. The contactless menu and catalogue lets guests scan a QR code at the table to see your menu with prices and photos, built from the same items you sell on the POS.

  6. 06Can I take reservations?

Yes. Bookings let you reserve a table for a time and party size, and the floor plan shows reserved tables so hosts do not double-seat them.
